Masumi Yumedono Daiginjo

Yumedono (Dream Hall) is Masumi's crown jewel Daiginjo, named after Horyuji temple's octagonal Dream Hall. Using the No. 7 yeast born at this very brewery and Yamada Nishiki at 40%, it delivers intensely aromatic melon, banana, and white flower notes with an ethereally light body and pristine finish.
