Zenyo (Zen Ocean) is Urakasumi's flagship premium expression, combining the meditative calm of Zen with the expansiveness of the Pacific Ocean visible from the brewery. Yamada Nishiki polished to 50% and fermented with careful Nanbu Toji technique yields a refined, balanced sake with gentle melon and pear aromatics, clean umami, and a smooth, medium-length finish.
