Tamanohikari's seasonal Shiboritate (freshly pressed) Junmai Daiginjo is released unpasteurized each January, capturing the vibrant, youthful character of new sake. Lively and slightly higher ABV from being undiluted, it offers bright fruit aromatics, a creamy, full palate, and a juicy finish. A celebration of Fushimi's junmai purist tradition at its freshest.
