À propos

Gently warmed to 30°C, like sunshine on skin. The first level of heated sake, hinatakan softens acidity and brings forward umami and sweetness. The warmth is barely perceptible — the sake simply feels more open and generous than at room temperature. An excellent introduction to warm sake for those accustomed to drinking chilled.

Grades recommandés

Junmai, Tokubetsu Junmai, Honjozo — rice-forward styles that become more expressive with gentle warmth.
