Denshu's ultra-premium Junmai Daiginjo is among the hardest bottles to obtain in all of Japanese sake. Yamada Nishiki polished to 40% and Aomori's pure water produce a sake of extraordinary depth — rich fruit aromatics of melon and lychee with a creamy texture and seemingly endless finish. Production is tiny and allocation near-impossible, making it a true collector's holy grail.
