Description
Kurosawa's Junmai Kimoto is a rich, creamy sake that has become a staple in American sake bars. The kimoto method with Miyama Nishiki and Yatsugatake mountain water produces a full-bodied, lactic-tinged sake with pronounced umami and a warming, viscous mouthfeel. Excellent served warm, where the creamy character blooms into buttery richness.
