Description

Otokoyama's flagship Junmai Daiginjo uses Daisetsuzan mountain water and Yamada Nishiki polished to 38% to produce an exceptionally clean, crisp sake with refined melon and white flower aromatics. Decades of Monde Selection gold medals confirm the quality. The extreme northern climate provides natural cold fermentation that contributes to the sake's remarkable purity.
