Tenzan (Heavenly Mountain) in Ogi, Saga draws water from the Mt. Tenzan range and produces rich, full-bodied sakes that reflect Saga's generous flavor profile. While Nabeshima gets more international attention, Tenzan is a local favorite with deep roots and consistent quality. Their Junmai Ginjo offers excellent value and a genuine taste of Kyushu brewing character.
