Nanbu Bijin (Southern Beauty) in Ninohe is one of Iwate's most internationally recognized breweries. President Kuji Kosuke has been a tireless ambassador for sake overseas, and the brewery's elegant, refined style has won awards across the globe including at IWC. Their Junmai Daiginjo and Shinpaku are benchmark Nanbu Toji expressions.
