Hakkında

The coldest serving temperature at approximately 5°C, named after freshly fallen snow. At this temperature, sake becomes extremely crisp and tight, with aromas largely suppressed. Best suited for light, refreshing styles meant for hot summer days. The cold masks complexity but heightens clean, mineral qualities. Serve in chilled narrow-mouthed glasses to maintain temperature.

Önerilen Dereceler

Honjozo, Futsushu, sparkling sake, nama (unpasteurized) sake. Avoid for complex Junmai Daiginjo — the cold suppresses their delicate aromatics.
