Tedorigawa's core Junmai is a versatile, food-friendly expression of Ishikawa's Hakusan water character. Gohyakumangoku rice and clean snowmelt water produce a dry, balanced sake with moderate umami and a refreshing mineral finish. Excellent warm or at room temperature, it pairs naturally with the Hokuriku coast's rich seafood tradition.
