About
Hana no Mai (Dance of Flowers) in Hamamatsu uses water from the Tenryu River basin and locally grown rice to create approachable, well-balanced sakes. The brewery has won numerous awards at the Shizuoka Prefectural Sake Competition and is known for consistent quality across its range from honjozo through daiginjo.
