Miwa Shuzo in Ogaki, Gifu produces the distinctive Shirakawa-Go brand, famous for their nigorizake (cloudy sake) that is among Japan's most popular. Their Sasanigori (Light Cloudy) and Junmai Nigori are rich, creamy, and approachable. While their nigori range gets the most attention, the brewery also crafts refined Junmai and Ginjo expressions from pure Ibuki mountain water.
