Oka (Cherry Bouquet) is the sake that made ginjo a mainstream drinking category in the 1980s. Before Dewazakura, ginjo was a competition-only style that rarely reached consumers. Oka changed everything with its irresistible floral and fruit aromatics at an everyday price point. Still one of Japan's best-selling ginjo sakes after four decades.
