Zuiyo's Junmai Ginjo uses Mt. Aso's volcanic groundwater and the legendary No. 9 yeast born in this region. Rich, aromatic, with pronounced melon and banana notes and a full, round palate. This Kumamoto expression demonstrates the generous, fruit-forward character that the No. 9 yeast was originally developed to produce.
