Shizuku (Drop) is Kokuryu's ultra-premium gravity-pressed Daiginjo — the moromi (mash) is placed in cotton bags and allowed to drip naturally without mechanical pressing. Only the purest, most delicate liquid is collected. This painstaking method produces an exceptionally refined, transparent sake with gossamer-like aromatics. A holy grail for collectors.
