Nishida Sake Brewery in Aomori city produces the increasingly famous Denshu (Rice Field) brand. Despite being a small operation, Denshu has achieved cult status for its beautifully balanced, rice-forward sakes that showcase Aomori's pure water and local rice varieties including Hanafubuki. Allocation-only in many markets.
