Miyabi no Tomo (Wisdom of Elegance) is Zaku's flagship Junmai Daiginjo and the expression closest to the G7 Summit bottling. Yamada Nishiki at 50% and Suzuka mountain water produce a refined, layered sake with melon, pear, and white flower aromatics and an exceptionally long, elegant finish. The summit selection cemented Zaku's reputation internationally.
