Izumibashi Megumi Junmai Ginjo
Description
Megumi (Blessing) is Izumibashi's flagship estate-grown Junmai Ginjo. Rice from the brewery's own paddies, farmed without pesticides, and Sagami plain groundwater produce a sake with unique terroir character — clean, minerally, with subtle green notes that reflect the organic field ecosystem. True grain-to-glass craft at its most authentic.
