Description

Ippaku Suisei (Pure White Water) is Kokuryu's pinnacle non-shizuku Daiginjo, made with Toku-A Yamada Nishiki polished to 40%. More structured and bold than the gravity-pressed Shizuku, it offers ripe melon, banana, and white flower aromatics with a firm, dry backbone. This is the Black Dragon in its most assertive, confident expression.
