Doi Shuzo in Kakegawa produces the Eikun (Glory) brand using the famed Shizuoka HD-1 yeast and water from the Ogasa mountain springs. Master brewer Hatano Shoji is considered one of Shizuoka's most talented toji, producing elegant, aromatic sakes that have won numerous national awards. Eikun's Ginjo is a benchmark of the refined Shizuoka style.
