Manzairaku's Junmai uses Hakusan snowmelt water and Gohyakumangoku to produce a rich, umami-forward sake with moderate acidity and a clean, satisfying finish. The Noto Toji tradition of crafting food-friendly sakes shines through, making this an ideal companion for Hokuriku's rich seafood — yellowtail, crab, and Noto oysters.
