Kobo Shuzo in Hakusan, Ishikawa produces the Manzairaku (Everlasting Joy) brand. One of the older breweries in the Hakusan area, they use the renowned Hakusan snowmelt water and traditional Noto Toji techniques. Their Junmai line emphasizes food-friendliness and umami depth, reflecting the rich seafood culture of the Hokuriku coast.
