المناخ

Toyama is framed by the 3,000-meter Tateyama mountain range, one of Japan's steepest and snowiest, whose massive snowpack feeds rivers with exceptionally pure, soft meltwater throughout the brewing season. Cold Sea of Japan winters drop temperatures into ideal fermentation ranges without costly refrigeration. The dramatic topography from alpine peaks to Toyama Bay concentrates precipitation and produces some of Japan's cleanest brewing water.

حول

Toyama faces the Sea of Japan and is backed by the 3,000-meter peaks of the Tateyama mountain range, providing exceptionally pure, soft snowmelt water. The prefecture's sake style is clean, smooth, and pairs naturally with its famous seafood, especially shiroebi (white shrimp) and buri (yellowtail). Masu no Sushi boxes have long been accompanied by local sake.
