Tatenokawa in Sakata, Yamagata made the bold decision to produce exclusively Junmai Daiginjo — the highest grade of sake. This all-or-nothing commitment to premium quality, combined with Yamagata's pure water and excellent rice, produces consistently elegant, aromatic sakes. Their Komyo series polished to 1% pushes the art form to its limit.
