Tatenokawa Komyo Junmai Daiginjo

Komyo (Radiance) is polished to an almost incomprehensible 1% — removing 99% of each rice grain. This extreme expression pushes sake to its theoretical limit, producing a transparent, barely-there liquid with gossamer aromatics and an almost spiritual purity. As one of the world's most expensive sakes, Komyo is less a beverage than a philosophical statement.
