Obuse Winery in Obuse, Nagano is primarily a winemaker but their sake division produces the cult Sogga Pere et Fils brand using natural wine techniques. Domain-grown rice, wild yeast, and minimal intervention create sakes that blur the line between sake and wine. Extremely limited production and a wine-world following make Sogga one of Japan's most unconventional sake experiences.
