Hattan Nishiki rice and Hiroshima's soft water produce a gentle, elegant sake with subtle fruit aromatics and a clean, balanced finish. While the Gold Label Daiginjo gets the fame, this Junmai Ginjo delivers outstanding Hiroshima character at a fraction of the price.
