À propos

Akabu (Red Warrior) was rebuilt after the 2011 tsunami destroyed their original Otsuchi facility. Now based in Morioka, the brewery is led by one of Japan's youngest toji, Ryusuke Furudate, who took over at age 22. His fresh, modern approach produces fruit-forward, clean sakes that have taken Japan's sake world by storm, earning rapid cult status.
