À propos

Hakutsuru (White Crane) is one of Japan's largest sake producers and the most exported sake brand worldwide. Based in Nada, Kobe, the brewery has been using Miyamizu hard water and Yamada Nishiki rice for nearly three centuries. While known for volume production, their premium Sho-Une line demonstrates that scale and quality can coexist.
