À propos
Otokoyama (Man's Mountain) in Asahikawa is Hokkaido's most celebrated sake brewery, using pristine water from the Daisetsuzan mountain range. The brewery has won more international awards than perhaps any other Japanese sake producer, with over 40 years of Monde Selection gold medals. Their Junmai Daiginjo showcases the purity and crispness that only Hokkaido's extreme cold can deliver.
