Suishin's Junmai Ginjo uses local Hattan Nishiki rice and Hiroshima's famous soft water to create a gentle, approachable sake with subtle fruit aromatics and a soft, rounded finish. The brewery beloved by painter Yokoyama Taikan continues to produce sakes that embody Hiroshima's characteristic delicacy and elegance.
