Numero Six is Sogga's most coveted sake, fermented with wild yeast and domain-grown Miyama Nishiki rice in wine-style small lots. The result blurs sake and wine boundaries — bright acidity, stone fruit and citrus notes, and a tangy, complex finish. Extremely limited production (a few hundred bottles per vintage) makes it one of Japan's rarest and most discussed sakes.
