소개

Gekkeikan (Laurel Crown) in Fushimi is one of Japan's oldest and largest sake breweries. The company pioneered sake pasteurization for shelf stability and was the first to sell sake in bottles. Using Fushimi's famed soft water, Gekkeikan produces a vast range from everyday table sake to premium Horin Junmai Daiginjo. Their Okura Sake Museum is a Kyoto landmark.
