소개

Located in the mountainous interior of Shimane where the mythological Yamata no Orochi serpent was said to have been slain with sake, Okuizumo draws on deep symbolism and pure water from the headwaters of the Hii River. Their Junmai and Ginjo expressions are clean, soft, and carry the mystique of Izumo's ancient brewing heritage.
