Hakkında
Ichinokura (First Storehouse) in Osaki was formed from the merger of four local breweries and has become Miyagi's largest sake producer. Despite its scale, Ichinokura maintains artisan standards and is a consistent gold medal winner. They pioneered the low-alcohol sparkling sake 'Suzune', which became a category-defining product. Their Junmai line offers excellent everyday quality.
