Ninki (Popularity) in Nihonmatsu is Fukushima's youngest brewery, founded by former Daishichi toji Yuichi Yusa who left to pursue his own vision. Starting with zero inventory and zero reputation, Ninki built a following through sheer quality, winning gold at national competitions within years. Their modern, fruit-forward style represents Fukushima's next generation.
