Aizu Homare Junmai Daiginjo
Açıklama
The IWC Champion Sake trophy winner (2015), this Junmai Daiginjo put Fukushima firmly on the international sake map. Yamada Nishiki at 40% and Bandai mountain water produce an elegant, layered sake with melon, white peach, and subtle floral notes. The trophy win was a powerful statement that Fukushima's sake quality endures despite adversity.
