The W series showcases single rice varieties in ultra-premium Junmai Daiginjo form. The Yamada Nishiki expression highlights the king of sake rice at its finest — elegant aromatics of melon and pear with a rich, silky body and extended finish. Brewed in the extreme cold of Hida-Furukawa, the slow fermentation develops extraordinary complexity.
