This vintage-dated AFS has spent over a decade aging, developing extraordinary depth and complexity. Golden amber in color with aromas of caramel, dried fruit, sherry, and honeycomb. The rich, oxidative character draws direct parallels to aged sherry or vin jaune, challenging the assumption that sake must be consumed young.
