Masumi Nanago Junmai Daiginjo
Açıklama
Named after the famous Kyokai No. 7 yeast discovered at this brewery, Nanago (Seven) is Masumi's tribute to their most significant contribution to sake history. Using Miyama Nishiki from Nagano and their legendary yeast, this Junmai Daiginjo delivers elegant fruit and floral aromatics with a gently sweet, creamy texture. A sake with historical significance in every sip.
