Tonoike in Mashiko, Tochigi — the famous pottery town — produces the Moegi no Sato brand. The brewery's connection to Mashiko's craft tradition informs their artisanal approach. Using Kinugawa River basin water and locally grown rice, they produce gentle, approachable sakes that pair beautifully with the rustic, earthy ceramics and cuisine the region is known for.
