Urakasumi's core Junmai is a Tohoku classic — clean, balanced, and endlessly food-friendly. Miyama Nishiki and Shiogama's coastal aquifer water produce a sake with moderate rice umami, gentle sweetness, and a dry, refreshing finish. A staple at seafood restaurants throughout Miyagi, it pairs naturally with the region's famous oysters, tuna, and Pacific saury.
