关于

Suishin (Intoxicated Heart) in Mihara has a storied connection to Japanese art — the celebrated painter Yokoyama Taikan was a devoted patron who reportedly drank Suishin daily for decades. The brewery uses traditional Hiroshima soft-water brewing techniques refined since the Meiji era. Their junmai and ginjo expressions are gentle, soft, and subtly aromatic.
