Kiku-Masamune's Taru Sake (cask sake) is aged in traditional Yoshino cedar casks, imparting a distinctive woody, resinous aroma that was the hallmark of sake for centuries before glass bottles. Dry, crisp, with cedar and hinoki notes layered over the brewery's signature Nada character. An essential experience for understanding how sake tasted throughout most of Japanese history.
