A step up from the Tokubetsu Honjozo, Hakkaisan's Junmai Ginjo uses Yamada Nishiki polished to 50% and is brewed with Daiginjo-level care. Elegant melon and pear aromatics with a round, smooth body and clean finish. This expression showcases the brewery's philosophy that every sake should be made to the highest possible standard.
