Kamotsuru Gold Label Daiginjo

Kamotsuru Gold Label Daiginjo is brewed by Kamotsuru Sake Brewing in Hiroshima Prefecture, milled to 50%. Unlike a Junmai Daiginjo, the Daiginjo grade permits a small amount of added distilled alcohol to lift aroma, and here it accompanies pronounced fruity and floral character with light sweetness. A Sake Meter Value of +3, an acidity of 1.15, and a clean amino-acid level of 0.9 give a dry, elegant finish at 16% alcohol. Presented in a distinctive gold-flecked bottle, it is one of Hiroshima's most recognized premium sakes.
