Ryu (Dragon) is Kokuryu's core Junmai Ginjo expression and an excellent introduction to this prestigious Fukui brewery. Clean, balanced, with gentle fruit aromatics and a dry finish that calls for food. The Black Dragon brand has been a synonym for quality since the 1970s, when they pioneered premium ginjo in the Hokuriku region.
